The Historic Flanagan-Kincaid House, located at 10908 USA Pkwy, Fishers, IN 46037, is a mid-19th century clay brick Italianate farmhouse originally built in 1861 by the Peter Flanagan family. The house has been owned by various significant figures over time, such as the founders of LE Kincaid & Sons Meat Market and General Store. It was moved to its current location to save it from demolition. The Morris-Flanagan-Kincaid House is considered important and historic by the Fishers government and will be relocated again to a roundabout on USA Parkway.
