Monument to 19th Indiana Battery - Reynolds Division is a historical landmark that stands proudly within the Chickamauga & Chattanooga National Military Park in Fort Oglethorpe, Georgia. Dedicated on October 28, 1885, this monument serves as a testament to the bravery and sacrifice displayed by both Union and Confederate forces during the Battle of Chickamauga in November 1863. Located along the main north to south road running through the park, the 19th Indiana Battery was part of Kings brigade and played a significant role in the battle. Another monument within the park is also dedicated to the 19th Indiana Battery, located on the west side of Lafayette Road with parking available nearby. The Battle of Chickamauga took place between September 19 and 20, 1863, and Reynolds Division was one of several divisions involved in this crucial conflict during the American Civil War.
