A highlight of the garden is the monumental marble sculpture, Agraria, created by the renowned environmental artist Larry Kirkland. This colossal hand, carved from a single block of Carrara marble, was originally installed at the Santa Rosa Mall in 1996. Weighing over 7.5 tons, the sculpture symbolizes the hands that have toiled the fertile soils of Sonoma County, a fitting tribute to the region’s agrarian heritage.
